Privacy policy

Information notice on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

Data processed and purposes

• Contact data (company, country, e-mail, phone, message content) provided voluntarily through the contact form or by writing to the company address, processed in order to answer the enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship.
• Technical browsing data collected by the server hosting the website, for security and correct operation of the service.

Legal basis

The processing of contact data is based on the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and on the controller's legitimate interest in managing incoming communications (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention

Data are retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and, in the event of a business relationship, for the periods required by applicable civil and tax obligations.

Disclosure

Data are not disseminated. They may be processed by technical service providers (hosting, e-mail) appointed as data processors, acting on the controller's instructions.

Rights of the data subject

Data subjects may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, by writing to info@alcostricot.com. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
